Avian Influenza Seminars:
How can homeopathy help?
Sally Tamplin,Executive Director of the Minnesota Homeopathic
Association, will talk about the effectiveness of homeopathy in the
1918 avian influenza pandemic and will direct you to homeopathic
remedies that have a proven track record in the treatment of
influenza. Sally will also talk about other alternatives such as
flower essences and naturopathic remedies that can also help in the
prevention and treatment of influenza.

Australian Bush Essence – College Course 32 hour module
Aim:
The aim of this course is to
introduce students to the Australian Bush Flower Essences and apply
this knowledge with therapeutic case studies. The Australian Bush Flower
Essences are examined within the framework of a complementary, subtle
energy healing therapy within the naturopathic and mind-body medicine
framework. This course is also excellent for one’s own personal development.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion
of this course students will be able to do the following:
Understand the history, principles and philosophy of Australian Bush Essence therapy
.
Understand how flower essences
work as a subtle energy healing therapy within the naturopathic and
mind-body framework.
Explain flower essence preparation
and demonstrate dispensing methods. Determine strategies of applying
and working with the Australian Bush Flower Essences in a clinical setting.
Be familiar with Combination essences and their specific applications.
Explore the individual flower
essences and discuss their application on the mind-body – spirit within
a wholistic framework.
Explore evaluation strategies
and outline suggestion principles for effective case management.
Develop a methodology for case
–taking including interviewing and counseling techniques and supportive
strategies.
Research the botanical characteristics
and the healing qualities of a number of essences in the range.
A certificate of successful
completion is issued from Australia to those who complete 32
hours of attendance and successfully pass the coursework and examination.
During the course attendees are required to choose an Australian Bush
Essence to take themselves and part of the coursework is their own healing
evaluation.
ABFE are currently investigating
approval for continuing education credits with different examining boards.
Sally Tamplin is a Certified
Australian Bush Essence Teacher and is approved to teach this course.
The course is open to all holistic
practitioners, healing professionals and students. No specific requirements
are needed to register.
